Former and potential GOP (republican) presidential candidate, Gov. Rick Perry of Texas was asked ,
whether he believe homosexuality was a disorder.
According to the San Francisco Chronicle the governor responded that "whether or not you feel compelled to follow a particular lifestyle or not, you have the ability to decide not to do that." He added on that "I may have the genetic coding that I'm inclined to be an alcoholic, but I have the desire not to do that, and I look at the homosexual issue the same way."
I must say that is his view and doesn't reflect the bulk of the folks of Texas. Whether you agree with the governor or not, that's another scheme to debate on.
